Terry has an extensive background in both finance and small business. With over 30 years of experience, her career has included both small business and corporate positions. Terry has owned and operated several successful small businesses, served as Controller for a profitable paper brokerage firm, as well as worked in the corporate finance arena for both regional and international companies. Wearing many hats, she has been responsible for all aspects of managing and operating a business, including sales, accounting and finance, human resources, administration, and management. In 2007, Terry founded Quicksilver Business Solutions, which became Quicksilver Accounting & Consulting in 2015.

Throughout her career, Gina’s focus has been helping others to understand financial data and make informed decisions. After graduate school, Gina spent seven years at Duke University Health System as both a Financial Analyst and Manager of Accounting. In 2011, she partnered with Terry to open the Raleigh office of Quicksilver. Since then, she has enjoyed both being a small business owner and working with small business owners. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for financial performance assessment, budgeting and long-term forecasting, software implementation, policies and procedures, as well as financial statement preparation. Gina passed the NC CPA exam in 2006.
